UNDER-14 GUIDELINES
 
The Field: The recommended field size is 110 x 55 yards for U-14 games with field markings as specified in the Laws of the Game.
 
The Goals: Official size goals (8 feet high and 8 yards wide) are used in U-14 games.
 
The Ball: A size 5 ball is used for U-12 games.
 
The Teams: Each U-14 team should have a maximum of 15 on the roster. Games are played with 11 players per team on the field (11v11) one of which is the goalkeeper.
 
Duration of Game: U-14 games are seventy minutes and are played in 2 thirty five minute halves with substitutions allowed 17 1/2 minutes into each half. The half-time break is 5-10 minutes. All elements of the Laws of the Game apply to U-14 games.
