Volunteer Registration Instructions


So you want to become one of the few proud volunteers for AYSO but you don't know what to do. First you need to go to www.eayso.org . You will see the opening page where if you have never been before you will have to sign in and create a password.  If you have pre-registered you child before then you will use that same sign in and password.  Then next page you will see will be the "Welcome" page. You will then click on ....sign up as a new volunteer.  Once you have completed the form you will need to print a copy for yourself and one to mail to: AYSO, 2501 Leisure Court, Sevierville, TN 37876. Once we receive this form we will activate it in the e-AYSO system and email you with instructions for online classes. The number on the form is your ID # for as long as you are involved with AYSO soccer. Even if you take a year or two off and decide to help again this will still be your ID#.   Go to www.aysotraining.org and you will need to enter this number to take the Safe Haven course. All volunteers must take the Safe Haven Course.  If you don't pass the first time don't worry.  Most of this stuff is new to all of us and it may take a few times to pass. There is also additional training for anyone interested in helping referee, coach or be on the Board of Directors. Take any courses that you like.  Then please call us at 429-2976 and let us know what you are interested in helping with. We need help with things that might only take an hour a season to things that take numerous hours. But every volunteer hour is what makes it possible for the kids to play.. After all it's for the kids.......So why not be a kid yourself and join the wonderful family of AYSO. We need you and your special talents even if you don't know what they are we help you discover them.
