2008 Registration

 Registration after Aug 10 2008 will be through E-AYSO only until all available slots are filled. Please call 429-AYSO(2976) for available openings or waiting list.

 The fee is $50.00 for both fall and spring.  Should you decide to play Fall only it will be $40.00. There will be a $10.00 late fee after August 2nd. After signing up to play fall only and then deciding to play Spring  you will then be charged another $40.00. Uniform fees ($40.00) are charged separately because we use the same uniform for all teams and from season to season. Thus, we don't require that you buy a new uniform each year.

Speaking of volunteers, whether it be for only 1 hour or many hours we need you as a volunteer.  Coaches, Referees, phone people, board members, staff members. the list goes on and on, we need you.  Please come out and sign up.  if you would like to help we would love to have you. Age chart for 2008 - 2009 Fall and Spring seasons

Players need to be 4 years old as of July 31. Please note that players who turn 4 after July 31 but before the Fall season are still not eligible to play.

AYSO REGION 440 - PLAYER REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

a) Registration fees may be refunded, minus the National Fee of $15.00, if a participant withdraws before the season commences.

b) If the participant chooses to withdraw after the first game of the season, but before the second game, then a partial refund shall be issued – deducting the National fee of $15.00 and a processing fee of $10.00.

c) There are no refunds after the second game of the season.

d) If the player was registered for both seasons but decides not to play in the spring, there will be no refund.

e) The Region reserves the right to revoke the registration of a player by refunding the entire registration fee . We don’t like to do this but are sometimes unable to find a position on a team or determine that revoking the registration is in the best interest of the Region,

f) The registration fee is non-refundable if the Region revokes the registration of the player because of disciplinary action after the first game of the season.

g) Registration fees will be refunded, on request, if we are unable to form a team due to a lack of player numbers or a lack of a coach.

h) Registration funds may take up to three months due to the processing time involved with the National Headquarters.

AYSO is a program based on TEAMWORK. The entire family becomes a part of our program when our kids sign up to play.

Our program is only as good as its AYSO TEAM of VOLUNTEERS, who provide the FUN, SAFE, FAIR environment for our kids to grow.

We need parents and friends to pitch in and take part in helping us to continue to improve our program for the KIDS.
